Registration
- Each child registered must have submitted a completed and signed registration form
- A non-refundable administration fee of $50 must be in place for each year that your child has been enrolled in
- An advance fee of $200.00 must be in place at the time of registration. This advance fee will be considered the child’s last month fee. This fee will need to be in place to be able to receive any start date
- Registration for the new term will first be offered to those currently registered in the school as well as their siblings
- Registration is accepted from the waiting list
- Registration is open to the public
- Birth certificates may be required to be shown
- Parents are welcome to observe the class in action. Prior arrangement with the administrator is required
- Cancellation of class: when deemed necessary, the administrator will notify preschool staff and may delegate preschool staff take responsibility to notify parents
- It is not mandatory that children be toilet trained
- Pre-registration: if the child is continuing with Little Friends the following year, the parents will be offered a pre-registration period of one week before spaces open up to the public. To hold your space a $50 administration fee will need to be in place.
- All registration forms must be filled out and in place before your child’s first day. Parents must keep in mind, any delay in getting all registration forms filled and signed may result in your child’s first day being delayed
- The payment form must be completed and given to the Administrator on or before the first day your child starts
- Children must be the age of 30 months in order to start in any class. We are permitted only one child at this age at a time until the child turns three and then another child that is 30 months may be accepted, space permitting
- Monthly fees must be kept current to remain enrolled in a class. If fees are not kept current the school has the right to replace your child with a child on the waitlist
- The school will accept families that apply for the Affordable Child Benefit Program. It is up to the parent/guardians to keep all paperwork in order to maintain the payment is current. It is the parent/guardian’s responsibility to pay any additional amounts that are over and above the subsidy allotment or a parent must pay the appropriate fees until the Benefit plan has been approved . All fees must be kept up to date
