Teaching Philosophy
The aim at Little Friends Childcare Centre is to provide families with a program that will promote the well-being and emotional development of their children by meeting each child’s needs for social, emotional, physical and intellectual growth.
Our play-based program is designed to offer stimulating and fun activities geared to increase knowledge, fine motor and large motor development, and communication and social skills. Children begin to develop to their full potential when they are feeling loved and accepted, and know that their environment is safe, healthy, and positive. Children who feel confident build self-esteem, which then develops their sense of self-worth and self-acceptance. The teachers at Little Friends strive to respond to the children’s needs by understanding and having realistic expectations of what each child is capable of achieving. In other words, expectations are matched to each individual’s level of development.
Days/Hours of Operation
Ages only 30 months to 5 years of age
Daycare days and hours only
Monday to Friday: 8:00 am to 5:30 pm
Little Friends is closed for one week between Christmas and New Years the last 2 weeks of August for staff holidays
Requirements
Parents must supply 2 snacks and 1 lunch from home. All containers will be returned each day to be washed.

8:00am to 5:30pm
5 days a week: $200.00 per month
No part time spaces will be available
Little Friends Group Care Licensed
Little Friends Childcare Centre provides care only to children 30 months to 5 years of age children that require 5 day daycare .
Our program does have a waitlist and only subject to availability. Please email for any more information and if you wish to be put on our waitlist please go to the top of the main page and hit inquire/waitlist once complete you will be put on our waitlist and notified when a space become available . There will be no tours available until your name comes up on our waitlist and you are notified
